From the heat and rain of crossing the USA to the cold and (er) rain of Patagonia. Where next then?
Well, it was east to west on Route 66 and south to north in Argentina. So how about round in a circle? And somewhere new, somewhere different, but remote, with some off-road adventure. And doable in a week .
Of course! Iceland! Route 66, Ruta 40, Route 1. There is a nice sequence there.

Now all we need is a date, some mates, a booking, some bikes, some flights, some Icelandic Krona and we are off to the land of Ice and Fire.
